Return Pick Up Guidelines
Once your return request has been approved and your return pick-up has been scheduled, please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth return process:

Pack the Product Securely
Pack the product in its original packaging along with all original tags, accessories, invoices (if applicable), and any complimentary items received with your order. Ensure the parcel is packed securely to prevent damage during transit. -
Hand Over to the Assigned Courier Partner
Hand over the return parcel only to the courier representative assigned for your scheduled pick-up. -
Capture Proof of Handover (Mandatory)
Before handing over the parcel, take a clear photograph showing: -
The return parcel.

The courier representative holding or standing next to the parcel.

Record a Short Video (Recommended)
We recommend recording a short video of the packed parcel before it is handed over to the courier. This can serve as additional proof of the parcel’s condition at the time of pick-up.
Important Note
The handover photograph serves as proof that the return parcel was collected by the courier partner. In the unlikely event of a transit dispute, lost shipment, or any issue during return transit, Looms & Tassels may request the handover photograph (and the video, if available) to assist in the investigation with the logistics partner.
Failure to provide proof of handover. It may not be possible for us to process claims for return parcels that are lost after being handed over to the courier.
