4.1 We make every effort to display our products, including colors, textures, and prints, as accurately as possible. However, since our products are handloom/hand block printed, minor variations in color, weave, print placement, and texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and do not constitute defects.

4.2 Actual product colors may also vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in device displays, lighting, and photography.

4.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions and pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

5.3 In the event of a pricing error due to a technical glitch or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order has been confirmed.

For all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for payment of any customs duties, import taxes, levies, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authority or postal service. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout and are collected separately, typically at the time of delivery or customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country, product value, and local regulations. 18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

18.2 If the dispute is not resolved through direct communication within 30 days of it being raised, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (including any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof).

18.3 The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. If the parties are unable to agree on an arbitrator within 30 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

18.4 The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

18.5 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.

18.6 You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
