Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy – Looms & Tassels

At Looms & Tassels, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans. We take utmost care to ensure the quality of every piece before it reaches you. As our products are handmade, slight irregularities in weaving, printing, or finishing are not considered defects—they are a reflection of the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each creation.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is defective or physically damaged.

To process such claims, customers must provide a clear, uncut opening video of the parcel, where:

  • The shipping label and sealed parcel are clearly visible at the beginning

  • The video is continuous (not edited or cut)

  • The product is shown being fully unboxed

Claims without a valid opening video will not be eligible for return or refund.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with the required video and images.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a return pickup (if serviceable within India), or

  • Request you to ship the product back to us

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on sarees, fabrics, or other non-sized products.

Exchanges are applicable only for size-related concerns in ready-made suits, subject to the conditions below.


Exchanges (Ready-Made Suits Only)

  • Sizes are clearly mentioned in the product description

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • A return handling fee of ₹200 applies

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable; otherwise, customers must ship the product to us

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the replacement will be dispatched.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of equal value or store credit.


Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sale or promotional events are offered at exclusive prices.

All sale purchases are considered final and are not eligible for exchange or return.


International Orders

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Delivery timelines typically range between 10–12 business days (may vary by destination)

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges must be borne by the customer

Returns or exchanges for international orders are accepted only in case of defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sarees, fabrics, or garments that have been cut, altered, or used

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or made-to-order products


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing them immediately to ensure timely dispatch.
