1. Free Shipping Across India

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

  • No minimum order value is required.

  • Orders are delivered within standard timelines based on your location.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

4. Important Delivery Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery, please note the following:

  • Please provide an active Indian mobile number during checkout.

  • Courier partners may send an OTP for successful delivery.

  • If you expect someone else to receive the package on your behalf, please share the OTP only after confirming safe receipt.

 


 

5. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If all attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to our warehouse.

Common reasons for RTO include:

  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect mobile number

  • Incorrect pincode

  • Failure to provide delivery OTP

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Once an order is marked as RTO:

  • The parcel will be returned via surface transport.

  • The return process may take approximately 7–8 business days.

  • Re-shipment can only be initiated after we physically receive the parcel back.

 


 

6. Re-shipping Charges

If RTO occurs due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect pincode

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability

Additional re-shipping charges of 200/-  will apply.

Please note:

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

 


 

7. Parcel Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel:

Please check with:

  • Building reception

  • Apartment security

  • Gate security

  • Family members

  • Neighbours

Courier partners may sometimes leave the parcel with an authorized person nearby.

If the parcel is still missing:

Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

Provide:

  • Order ID

  • Tracking number

  • Relevant details

All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments

Additional charges may apply if a shipment is returned due to:

  • Failure to complete customs or KYC requirements

  • Customer unavailability

If a shipment is returned to us, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges or reverse pickup services for international orders.

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • You must arrange and pay for return shipping.
